Does the 40% include bones and peelings?
Does the 40% include bones and peelings?Because I think the 30%-40% thing is bollocks. I throw away a few tomatos and the stubby end of a cucumber a week on top of vegetable peelings, chicken bones and fat trimmed off pork. I put out two small bags of rubbish each week. and they're mostly nappies, I put out way more recycling than I do rubbish. Anyways I might just be weird but I generally don't buy food unless I know I will eat it. I also freeze a lot until I need it.

My attempt looks more pathetic than it is for two reasons
My attempt looks more pathetic than it is for two reasons1. I suffer from dark hair, blond/ginger tache syndrome and 2. I shaved it all off last week so what I have there was only about 7 days growth rather than the 29 everyone else had.
Also fuck right off I look fucking sexy.
