Well, i've just done a vanity search as I have been doing srs bnz today.NONE of you cunts has mentioned me. All day
I'm hurt. Wounded even. How could you forget me so quickly?
Actually, you bunch of cunts, I don't really give a shit. Made a nice difference today not to have to remind you all how much I hate you. So fuck off yeah?
Alt: Why is Dozer such a massive fucking twat?

I just posted this on another forum, taken from something I saw on buzzfeed earlier.
I just posted this on another forum, taken from something I saw on buzzfeed earlier. Experment time. Text your partner the following two messages
"Look, I like you as a friend and I don't think this is really fair."
"Sorry, wrong person, please ignore that".
Screenshot and post the results.
You have to wait at least 5 minutes before letting them in on it.

There are a few people doing it at the moment, bet no one from here would.

It's not saying you're having an affair, just implying that someone fancies you.
It's not saying you're having an affair, just implying that someone fancies you. It's OK though if you don't think your life-long commited life-creating relationship can take the slightest bit of shaking. Some people's janga blocks use superglue, others are on jelly.... I guess.

I spoke to someone about some work there.
I spoke to someone about some work there. The rate was good but it was a 9 month contract, 3 months I'd have been interested in, at a push 6 months.

It's like any other city, good bits and places you wouldn't want to walk through after sundown.

Unlikely I'll pursue it to be honestBut out of interest, and because I'm in the pub and not close to a laptop, what are the nice bits area wise, what are the transport links like and is rental property cheap?

 The transport links are excellent.
The transport links are excellent.I'm not sufficiently up on the place outside the city centre, though.

 Rental property is cheap.
Rental property is cheap.I don't know about areas outside the city centre, but near my building (which is about 5 minutes from the station), a one bed flat in a new building is about £400 a month.
Transport links are excellent too. It's the largest legal and financial centre outside London, it needs to have good transport links.

The cost of living is reasonable in the north, so it's all relative.

The half-bedroom logic doesn't really work though.
The half-bedroom logic doesn't really work though. There are some proper dives in the capital, and they probably want silly money.

 You'd be surprised.
You'd be surprised. Our flat (2 bedroomed, good room sizes) would probably cost double in the south to what it would cost here. Probably more so depending on the area.

 I'm surprised.
I'm surprised. It isn't the 1970s anymore, I thought money and jobs (outside London) were more equal.
Maybe 'the North' is the next big thing.

The north east is the only region in England
The north east is the only region in Englandwhere exporting goods has increased rather than dipped, fact-fans.
Most of that is down to Nissan, mind, but it's nice to see us bucking the national trend.

 This is true.
This is true.Round my way it's not uncommon for flats and small houses to go for well under £100,000.
Where I used to work in Bradford they could go for as little as £50,000. That said, it was right by the ring road and sandwiched in between two rough estates.

Yeah, but he wouldn't want to live there...The first place I bought back in 1991 cost me £27k; same flat would now be worth about £120k. And it was in a really nice town.
