Couldn't get back to sleep so got up at 10 to 6.
Bad news as this is a fasting day. Don't normally get up until 7-7:30. When do you get up?

doing that 5:2 thing
where you have 2 600 calorie days and eat normally the rest of the time. Works for me as I have sufficient willpower to do a day of controlling my input if I know tomorrow I can have a big greasy pizza and a bottle of wine.

If you want a serious opinion, this is a load of bollocks. Eat sensibly, lower your intake of fats and sugars, try to include amounts of fruit and veg, some raw if you can take it, plenty of water and get off your arse and do some exercise.
Fad diets are a load of shit really.

My alarm goes off at 6.15 every morning including weekends
I stay up until exactly 11.30 on weekdays and way past midnight on weekends. I am both a morning person and a night owl. No I haven't watched any Olympics.

Alt: Deffo a night owl but in the last 6 weeks I have got used to going bed at 10pm during the week and it makes a massive difference in the morning.

Smokes are down to about 5 a day. Pills, if only.
And the booze is a work in progress although I have pretty much jacked in lunchtime drinking and am going home 3 nights a week without apres work drinking.
