i had this at my old job
technically it was for an hour only, 9-5, but they never enforced it. there was also a public car park, which was split in half: one half you could park all day; the other half for 2 hours only. all the roads for about 20 mins on foot in any direction were residents only.

this is fine if you have a static job, but when you're in and out of your car doing viewings, if you get an all-day spot, some cunt nicks it by the time you get back. and 40 mins walking each way per viewing is a LOT. so we parked on the one hour strip. then they started enforcing it. i got done and had a big row with the traffic warden, asking him exactly where i could park.

he actually told me to get up a bit earlier, and get a space in the all-day car park. i nearly bit him. i explained about the job and having to move the car regularly. the cunt scratched his uniform. and said, "get a better job then." FUCK YOU, FUCKHOLE.
