Were you ever in a gang? Not necessarily in a 'crips and bloods' kinda way (or whatever the Middle England version is). Maybe you went about scrumping for apples and having 'catty' and 'spudgun' fights with the gang from two streets down.

I was in 2 gangs.
One was a fake biker gang called "the Turbo-T's" we had Denim jackets with a picture of a turbot (type of fish) wearing a top hat on the back. we were like 14. It was great, we made bottle rockets and smoked weed and ran around the woods.

Then, when I actually got a proper motorbike I joined a proper biker gang. We drank and fought and generally acted the cunt. I stopped hanging out with those guys around the age of 23.

Alt: I flew my grandmother to Rome after my grandad died.
She'd never left the country before and got battered on gin in case she was scared of flying.

Us kids from Fawdon used to go up kenton Bar parks looking for fights.
Kenton school also had a rivalry with another school from across the way and every so often we'd meet on opposite sides of the road and throw things like monkeys.

Me and a couple of friends had a gang when we were about 8.
We'd hang out in this base we had in some woods near my house and have swordfights with sticks and build bows with sticks and string and fire arrows with them that were made out of sticks.

Because this was in suburban Guildford, we had to share the base with about four other gangs as the "wood" was about thirty yards broad.

On Saturday i'm taking Ma' out for a lobster meal for MothersDay
Ma' isn't doing too well at the moment, some shyster estate agent has fucked up royally and completely ignored the fact that we have a solicitor, but Ma' is scared shitless, despite worst-case the whole fucking country is illegal... so I stayed around her's last night and I ain't seen her that bad this morning since Dad died. I took charged though and told the Estate Agent "Don't put this on us, you know you fucked up, and if push comes to shove the buyer's wont be the only ones suing you..... but look, forget that, they want to buy, we want to sale, surely something can be done"; and she's much better now.

She then gave me a lift into work, and on the way in I decided next month, when all this is over, and because it's her birthday then, i'm going to take her down Brighton for a long weekend on the weekend that the Apple Watch comes out... so i'm going to pick up the watch, and then see if there are any shows showing, maybe take in a drag act etc etc.
