forgive me if I'm not 100% "all there" tonight - I'm sick and quite disorientated timewise, got out of working tonight, had a nap and thought I only slept for an hour when it's been more like 2 and a half hours.
How's everyone?
EDIT: I did kaol. it wasn't the same without your bloodthirsty solutions cropping up everywhere.

Well, I did have an extremely dull day in Cambridge, watching a guy polish glass.
For six hours.
EDIT: Sounds good Halfy! Hope you manage to find somewhere!

I have long term knee and rib injuries that play up from time to time. My ribs only play up if I take a heavy or awkward impact and my knee only plays up if I twist it or I'm skiing really hard.
Last night I was taking it fairly easy, just grinding one of the rails, the table and practicing skiing switch and didn't fall all night. This morning my knee is dodgy and my ribs hurt =/

Just hold this rag to your mouth and breathe deeply.

Lusty, where were you staying? I've been to Stockholm before, it was cool, but I'd've liked to go a bit more rural.
( , Fri 27 Feb 2009, 10:03, Reply)

I thought you had about 8 women on the go?
Edit: Kaol, will his fingerprints grow back the same or is this a wise first step for criminal masterminds?
( , Fri 27 Feb 2009, 10:03, Reply)

But it's expected that there'll be scarring.
So no prinks on those ones.
Shame, I really like the guy, he's one of my favourite people here.

who had his fingerprints removed cos he was a criminal but it created a set of very unique fingerprints without any markings.
so they'd catch him more easily I'd guess.

I've been dating a bit but the only person I've been on a date with that I liked didn't really feel there was any chemistry between us. Other than that there is a colleague that I'm interested in and a friend who is a bit more than a friend at the moment but there's no sex going on with her partly because we don't seem to be entirely sure how we feel about each other. I think I like her too much for casual sex but not enough for a relationship which means sex is a bad idea.
Perhaps I'll get more of an idea how my colleague feels at the weekend (we're going out for somebody's birthday and I'm staying at hers) which could make things even more confusing.
Fun times!
@VC Don't worry. I don't expect you to keep tabs on my personal life although if you do feel the need to make it up to me a blowjob would go down nicely.
( , Fri 27 Feb 2009, 10:17, Reply)

Men in Black was pretty weak...
Can't really think of anything decent Will Smith has done apart from Fresh Prince. Independence Day was alright in a mainstream trashy blockbuster sort of way I suppose.
Isn't he the second most expensive Hollywood actor now or something?
@ V - sounds complicated! But in a good way.

People should use their main account and run the risk of someone else figuring out who they are...
( , Fri 27 Feb 2009, 11:40, Reply)

I just found the new laptop I want but it's approximately 3 grand more than I can afford to spend on a laptop, rubbish. Don't think I can get away with ordering that for work, the boss man would probably notice it.
Edit: Light it's too easy to figure out who people are if they do it on their main account, you can see it in gazzes and by looking at their QOTW answers etc.
I don't have a second account for nefarious purposes cos I'm a good boy.

( , Fri 27 Feb 2009, 11:51, Reply)

Not all re-makes are bad.
The Fly (1986)
Dawn of the Dead (2004)
As long as it doesn lose the essence of the story, I think the film could benefit from better special effects.

I have a spreadsheet which saves me so much time at work. A task which should take all day, now only takes me 30 minutes! Which means I spend the rest of the day mucking around!
Building the spreadsheet initially is time consuming, but well worth the effort.
I find something gratifying putting in the data and watching excel doing all the work for me!
@TGB
I've got the "Arrested Development" theme tune. I have a feeling you'd like it. I wanted to put it on my work mobile, too, but figured it wasn't very professional!

Documenting an install procese from start to finish for someone totally unfamiliar with the software.
( , Fri 27 Feb 2009, 13:16, Reply)

However a vlookup would be able to do it however the cells to be compared are slightly different and I'm n ot sure excel can deal with that!
Also the look up column may have two identical cells but with diffrerent info realted to them and I need both, god I'm boring myself!
( , Fri 27 Feb 2009, 13:18, Reply)

No problem. Like I said, once you get the spreadsheet up and running it's a joy to have. It saves so much time. Time which can be spent on B3ta!
