My mate has emphysema.
It's his own fault for smoking 40 a day, I say, but it still makes me :( and worry for him. He's on inhalers, and he says his lungs haven't felt so good in years. If he hadn't been smoking for so long, he might not have felt so awful.
It's enough to put you off for life seeing what smoking does to people. Blah.
