YES YES YES YES
Great for when you're getting over being poorly and need something like chicken soup but you're vegetarian like me, this is just as good and lovely.

Yup.
On the toast:)
Also a fantastic stock for spag bol!
EDIT: Although I have to say the weirdest and best I've found is very finely chopped chicken livers with the mince. Tastes fantastic and you get it piss off people who don't eat offal when you tell them as they love it too.

Kidneys are vile, and you're right to do that (I do too)
However, Chicken livers are top grade stuff, and worthy of your attention.

Not especially keen on Haggis, though. Kidneys are a texture thing for me...

It's a Texture thing with both Kidneys and Liver for me
My Mum used to make us Liver and Onions for tea, and I hated the dryness and bitter taste
I used to eat it though - well you did in those days
I could see my daughter in floods of tears and on hunger strike if I put that in front of her

WHAT! Starts to unfurl ranibow flag
*Reads the disclaimer* Ah, fair point, tinned / boxed commercial faggots are rank. I've had proper chef made ones that were all of the yummy.

No Offence Ghostie :)
Absolutely this
The strangest combo i've found is toast, with lots of butter and marmite. The icey cold extra mature cheddar put on in thick slices, with beans and sausages (and a knob of butter) that have been boiling for about 20 mins (so they're nice and thick) poured straight on top.
This congeals into a mature sharp and creamy bit of food.
Shit, i'm so making that in a minute :D
