# Image Challenge Vote
This week's Image Challenge Vote has arrived. Your choices are:

* Make Parody Images to support the right to parody - a law which might get passed in parliament if enough people show support. See www.righttoparody.org.uk/ for details - and upload them as detailed to support the campaign
* 2012: As we all know the world ends this year, so post pics of how the world ends
* Imagine a future where all design work is done purely in MS Word: With the aid of clipart, re-interpret famous pieces of design
* The Muppets

Vote here, vote hard:

# MS WORD!
That clipart mini-meme was great, and i'd love to see more of it.
Muppets may win though. I dont mind.

# Gone with parody
I suspect the long arm of the Web Sherriff may intervene. It's been a while since an image challenge got Rob into proper trouble :o)

# YEY!
1. Make Parody Images: I don't understand the question

2. 2012: We all know the UK government spends £X Billion on HS2, channeling through the English countryside so that the UK falls in half, causing the world to stop spinning!

3. MS Word: I love this idea but hate the way MS Word reformating everything you try to do, so NO!

4. The Muppets: This - HARD (with Monster Trucks)

Edit: Psst. A parody is a piss-take.

# A week of MS Word clipart?
No, thanks. I have had building plans sent to me created in MS Word and once in Excel. True story.

# None of these are great, but they are all ok
Parody - Well their ones are woeful, so perhaps we should show them how to...
2012 - Boiling Piss!
MS Word - Font jokes might get boring after a while (unless it was church fonts full of boiling piss)
Muppets - Probably has the most scope (albeit a lot of pea too).
(, Wed 11 Jan 2012, 15:02, archived)
#
Are you sure:
Poll: Image Challenge
Option: MS Word
(, Wed 11 Jan 2012, 15:04, archived)
# Given that the muppet images are almost certainly copyrighted, wouldn't most things in thatt challenge also support option a?
(, Wed 11 Jan 2012, 15:04, archived)
# would love you to vote for the parody images thing
I support this law change. I even wrote a letter to gov saying so. www.publications.parliament.uk/pa/cm201012/cmselect/cmbis/writev/1498/m114.htm
(, Wed 11 Jan 2012, 15:32, archived)
# I think you should take Fuhrer's privilege on this one.
(, Wed 11 Jan 2012, 15:39, archived)
# He more or less has :o)

Strong lobby you've got there O Mighty One!

(in no way having a go, btw, just an interesting bit of social media nerdage)
(, Wed 11 Jan 2012, 15:43, archived)
# Hahaha
:D
(, Wed 11 Jan 2012, 15:46, archived)
# he he yes
But I want your support - I want this to win but I'm not rigging it. I'm campaigning for you to vote this way - not forcing you.

It's not like I'm sticking the votes in an electronic bin like the USA does these days.
(, Wed 11 Jan 2012, 15:46, archived)
# Oh aye it's a perfectly legitimate bit of lobbying...
And a more than decent impact. You should be sat back stroking a big internet chubby just now.
(, Wed 11 Jan 2012, 15:48, archived)
# Me too.
It's pretty much this site fucked if parody becomes illegal.
(, Wed 11 Jan 2012, 15:46, archived)
# I support too...
but it's going to be interesting how the compo's worded and interpreted.
(, Wed 11 Jan 2012, 15:42, archived)
# That your letter is then framed with
a page saying ©Parliamentary Copyright amuses me.

Plus: funny pics on a government website? Nicely done.
(, Wed 11 Jan 2012, 15:45, archived)
# I should have stuck EVERYTHING we've ever had a problem with
Sue the Government, Virgin. See how far you get.
(, Wed 11 Jan 2012, 15:47, archived)
# we've had muppets before
(muppets do the movies) - although an ace subject,
expect lots of film poster/muppet reposts
(yay!)
(, Wed 11 Jan 2012, 15:37, archived)
# even though i see the ms word one not winning
id like to get a link to people having done this as well (which ive been told exists but i cant find it)
also still id hope some people might do some ms word things because i already ran out of ideas
(, Wed 11 Jan 2012, 16:11, archived)
# yeah i love to parody - im a parody animal me
(, Wed 11 Jan 2012, 16:19, archived)
