# which might not be administered by such utter cockwads
/met and strongly disliked one of the ex-admins of pirate bay, who was a total cockwad

not one of the founders of pirate bay. whilst i strongly suspect they are utter cockwads -- and also think they are above the law, and that a valid reason for not attending court is "i went to cambodia and got ill and neither i nor my lawyer thought it worth our time to alert the courts" -- i have not met them to verify this.

# This is true.
The world changes and sometimes the stuff we get nostalgic about gets swept away.
It was always cool visiting the big HMV in Manchester when I was a kid though.
Looking at the weird album covers and browsing was part of the fun of being in a record shop.

# Amazon is useful for research and cheap toys/boardgames
but bookwise I try to give the nice independent bookshop up the road from me as much custom as possible. Otherwise my local row of shops will only offer an awe-inspiring range of fried chicken.

# a lot of people used HMV for browsing
before buying online at a cheaper price or in the case of this miscreant downloading illegally from torrent sites like The Pirate bay
so "Browser" is used here as a play on words for browsing shelves and internet searching.
