I think perhaps that the problem I have is that this just isn't really NSFW, is it? Id doesn't look like porn, not even from across the room.

I mean, I've been posting here for a month or two and it seems that, of late, things have become a bit weird.

I am not sure how the rules work any more - There's a picture of Lord Manley of Ven down there (not that he'd care) and that's okay, but Poisoned Monkey is modded for putting an entry into the 'How offensive can you be in under 5k' comp because it is too offensive?

We just need to know where we stand, it is a bit hard to have decent threads if people are scared of what they are posting. After all, it is B3ta.

I know we have to have a level of censor and I complained bout that burning kittwen and the guy who posted people he'd towed that day, but we need to have consistancy. Based on previous posts I believed this to be fine, but it evidently is not.

If I don't know where the boundaries are (and frankly I did not think this was anywhere near them) then how can we post?

What's next, CDCs?

Not moaning about this incident, just worried for the future - I can take a naughty step or two, but I'd like to see the board live on and these inconsistancies are pissing people off.

we operate a NSFW rule on this site. Breaking it will get you naughty stepped.

This is not zealous. This is to stop people posting NSFW stuff and saying, "it's ok, it'll be modded."

People are working in the office - it's embarrassing to get photographs like this appearing on your screen. It puts people off from using the site.

If you don't want to be naughty stepped then don't post NSFW images inline in the board.
