Serious question and it might contain no or very inconsistent punctuation and possible bad use of English grammar.
I have been talking in my sleep it’s something I’ve done sporadically throughout my life but I think it could be the reason my boy doesn’t sleep he still gets up 3-4 times a night sometimes every hour or so we have tried everything routines cutting out the sleep during the day more milk before bedtime my missus has had enough of my jabbering away, laughing whatever I don’t do drugs anymore or drink as often, actually very little drink, I have been banished to the sofa which is not very family like you know what I mean.
Blah blah blah I have boring myself with that shit, my question really is can I do anything to curtail this annoying habit?
Yours truly

excersise, unless you already have a good exersise routine. I'm too shagged to go in to the reasoning but that is a technical answer.
