We've got a big garden

but I don't know if you fancy camping in December. Bring sleeping bag and airbed if you have it. We have the following:
Futon (baggsied by Wicca and Badger)
plus 2 x sofas (baldmonkey & Jenpots)
floor space for another 2 or 3 in living room
space for 5 or 6 in the studio
space for 2 or 3 in drum room
space for 2 on floor of conservatory (baggsied by crazyjude & Sarah)
1 sofa in conservatory
space for 3 in dining room
space for 1 in utility room
space for another 4 or 5 in main attic
I make that about 30 spaces, not including CHB and myself. there's also floor space in bedrooms if necessary.
