Blousies 2nd birthday bash extravaganza.

Ok it's a little earlier this time due to the July London bash.

This time I will not be ill and I will be the bestest hostess in the world.

Can I also stipulate that if anyone wants to bring their guitars then a bit of live music is always appreciated.



Edit - I do have limited floor space and if anyone wants to book a hotel then gaz me for details.


Crow brought to my attention that this is down as the Sunday 29th but when I go to edit this bash it shows the 28th. Can I confirm it's definitely the Saturday.

WALK!

Like last year, there'll be a bunch of us walking up the hills to Stoodley Pike for fantastic views, then down the other side to a pub for a pint before heading back to Hebden Bridge and Todmorden for 6pm-ish by taxi.

Be at the entrance to Hebden Bridge train station at midday on Saturday 28th May and bring good shoes and a camera. It's hilly but not wearing, it's between five and six miles. If the weather looks dodgy on the day we'll make a call in the morning.

Between five and six miles LIKE IT SAYS UP THERE. There'll be a fair amount of sitting around smoking cigarettes and mopping brows, I'm sure, a while to sit at the top and take in the views, plus a jaunt down the other side through a village to a pub for a pint or two afterwards.

Trying to get an idea of who's planning on joining our walk up Stoodley Pike on Saturday and down the other side for a pint, so please post here or gaz me if you are, unless you've responded on FB in which case go do something more important instead.

As the weather's looking less than beautiful* we may delay the leaving time to 1pm. If this is the case we'll try and get in touch and let everyone know in plenty of time.
