QOTW closed?
Is this because of bank holiday?
It's certainly not what Jesus would have wanted.

This name caught my eye first.

So while b3ta is good as a time waster
I'm looking to spend some quality procrastinating time over the next few weeks instead of doing college work.

What other time waster sites do you all use?

So why has everyone crawled out of the woodwork today
Was it becky suggesting that HSH be scrapped that had everyone leaping to its defence?

Senor Monkeysex lurching from his pit?

The name change from Sweet to Sour?

The imminence of Edinbash?

The immanence of the eschaton?

What's your guess?

Mellicious' post reminded me

Am I strange or has anyone else wondered about how Hagrid's parents 'got it on'. His mum was a giant and his dad was a normal human.

Of course, it would have been even harder the other way around I suppose...

Was his dad really well endowed? Did he climb inside?

I am strange aren't I?

I'm sad
one of my very good friends has today stopped working for my company and is defecting to the enemy.

Never really given a shit about anyone leaving my workplace before....

Good morning dear b3tans,
especially to you Bert.

Day 3 of the stop smoking campaign. The patches itch like fuck, made me dream about having to bury bodies in shallow graves, and I was a bad girl and had a cig last night.
On the upside, I have a beautiful kitteh to rub on when I need to do something with my hands.

I think I just had one of those LSD type flashback thingies.
She sells sanctuary by The Cult came on the radio and I suddenly remember dancing to it in some club in my early twenties, swinging my then long hair from left to right as was the correct way to dance at that time.

*shudders*

Edit - Jesus Christ - I think I use to wear lace fingerless gloves as well.

Please make it stop.

Inspired by Kaol (thats sounds like a murderers defence)

Pitch me a movie, either one you'd like to see or one that already exist but sounds bat shit crazy/boring/insane when broken into it's fundamental parts.

Ready.........go!

If you were being attacked by a giant
what would you use to protect yourself/ fight back?

Prison escape
The other day I saw an episode of the A-team where some of the characters were trying to get out of prison. They did so by making hot air balloon type things with chairs, bin bags and vacuum cleaners.

So if you were sent to prison for some reason, how would you escape?

Ex-friend
There is a good chance that I may be attending a party that one of my old friends will also be going to.
We stopped talking to eachother last year due to the fact that she told me to "fuck off and stay out of my life" after I went to help another friend paint a wall and didn't invite her to join us...

So what should I do if I happen to bump into her? Should I ignore her, be civil, punch her in the face the moment I see her?
What would you do in this situation?
(, Tue 7 Apr 2009, 12:59, 23 replies, latest was 17 years ago)
Well, Bert.
You've made me give this some serious thought and my conclusion is....Randomness. OT seems to have deflated to the point where there is very little variety in the posts. Most days tend to be HSH (sounds like mates chatting at the water point without anything interesting happening) with a few additions. I remember when OT was a refuge from the shite QOTW where the disaffected could ramble on and discuss matters of great or no import. But the emphasis was on discussion and, as I see it, randomness.

So, last night I was indulging myself in a pastime that I haven't enjoyed in a while. The feeling as the creamy fluid is ejaculated over the mirror is without compare. I'd forgotten how good the relief is once the pressure is released. Yes, plooking zits. Marvellous. What do you miss from your teenage years?

No more Home Sweet Home

Let's get cranky and irascible. And discuss what we had for lunch.

400,000th /questions post
approaches tomorrow morning.

My money's on Kaol.

Edit: djtrialprice took it with a witty, well-observed critique of modern music. Post 400,000 lies within...

Hey you young hip things - my Norton subscription is about to end. What's your tip for the best anti-virus type software out there?

In honour of today's spectacular thread borkage, I shall kick off the proceedings by sticking a thread up and then fucking off for a bit.

Is it time to get rid of the HSH threads?
While there used to be somewhere in the vicinity of 300 posts daily, recently they've dwindled to less than 100.

Is it time to stop them?
