As in bowling? 10 pin? I haven't been since I was a kid.
Do people play that proffesionally?
(, Fri 28 Jan 2011, 14:06, Reply)
no no, the pro bowl is the NFL, where you vote in players from each team to play for their conference
then the two conferences play against eachother
my team has 7 players on the pro bowl team

and yes, people do bowl professionally.

I've heard of Wayne Gretsky and Bret Hull though, maybe they'll let them play?
(, Fri 28 Jan 2011, 14:50, Reply)
I watched that programme with Justin Lee Collins
where he tried to become a pro bowler. According to that the sport is utterly vast. Literally hundreds of thousands of people compete.

stupid defendant changed its name. it's not my matter, but i got asked to do it because apparently i have nice handwriting. i never write anything neatly for a prolonged period of time any more. my hand really aches! it's a bit worrying to think how dependent on computers we are really.

(, Fri 28 Jan 2011, 14:49, Reply)

i haven't been asked to write something out because of my handwriting since i was about 15.

like last night, when a client told me i reminded her of her husband. what is the correct response to this? i'm fairly sure it isn't a very blank stare, which is all i managed.

(, Fri 28 Jan 2011, 15:32, Reply)
They are big peas, called "Marrowfat Peas"
which you cook over a low heat until they go all mushy, you can add some mint to them and they are utterly lush. But they are primarily a northern thing, down south people don't usually have them.
(, Fri 28 Jan 2011, 15:38, Reply)

(, Fri 28 Jan 2011, 15:01, Reply)
A bad morning is better than a boring night.

(, Fri 28 Jan 2011, 15:03, Reply)
wrong
having a boring night and going to bed early means you can have an awesome morning, such as tonight I will be likely bored out of my skull, but hey, saturday we're making SNOWMEN!
(, Fri 28 Jan 2011, 15:15, Reply)
Hooray!

(, Fri 28 Jan 2011, 15:17, Reply)
Not when you have nothing to do in the morning.
If you have plans for the morning that a hangover might affect, than fine. If not, get boozed up!
(, Fri 28 Jan 2011, 15:20, Reply)
you could do something other than lying in bed all day feeling ill

(, Fri 28 Jan 2011, 15:22, Reply)
What you need to understand Kristine
is that AA is a young man in the UK, and young men in the UK have serious problems with alcohol. They don't view it as something to enjoy as a treat once in a while, it is viewed as an emotional crutch and a substitute for a fulfilling and worthwhile life.
