it's about £40 a month, or £20 if I get £25 health insurance, I'm not sure to be honest.

I stupidly signed up to an 18 month contract and I've hardly been since I do all my running outside.

Buy a bike, or some trainers, and just exercise outdoors.

Our local gym is a cunt
They sign you up but when you try and cancel they say that the debit payments are done through a third party company so you have to phone them to cancel, this third party company are shit and never cancel properly, no-one takes responsibility and when you finally manage to cancel a refund is pretty much impossible to get.

The tendon below my left knee is sore, as is my right shin. But i'll survive. Running in general doesn't cause knee problems, but it can exacerbate existing problems.

It's Friday, and I'm getting drunk with my brothers tonight
This hasn't happened in a few years, so I'm quite looking forward to it!

I recently purchased Broken Steel, this will allow me to continue playing on Fallout 3, this makes me happy.

Off to Chester this weekend, Bromsgrove next weekend, Leeds the weekend after that, can't remember what I'm meant to be doing the weekend after that, Southport for my brother's wedding the weekend after that, then Derby for Bloodstock the weekend after that.

I'm playing football tomorrow, so that will likely be quite tiring. Just hoping my foot doesn't go, that will ruin my weekend.

Have you tried just hitting all the buttons as quickly as you can?
I used to employ this method quite effectively if I ever played Street Fighter on my friend's Nintendo many years ago.
Word of warning though, if your friend is taking the game very seriously and pressing specific buttons so that his little man will do his "special move", it will upset him if you win by doing this.

Last weekend I went to Stonehenge, Salisbury and Greenwich. All three were ace.

Exercise: Monday. I walk from my flat to Angel 5 days a week (unless it's absolutely pissing it down). This appears to be sufficient to keep me slim without the injuries and indignities associated with running.

Hm, let's see.
My personal life is ten times better now than it was this time last year mainly due to no longer worrying about whether I'm going to be interrogated about where I've been and who I've been with. As a result I've been going out more and making friends, which is nice.

As sad as this probably sounds, I've been buying some really nice books. Copies of stories I grew up with, as well as books I really should have read long before now. I had forgotten how much I enjoy reading.

I am optimistic about this weekend. I think it's going to be a good laugh. Also got a new project at work in an area I really enjoy which, by the way, is going to set me in good stead for when I move on

So yeah, everything's pretty positive in my neck of the woods at the moment.

Excercise wise I imagine I'll go out on the bike tomorrow unless I'm too hungover.
