I'm thinking of funding my buying of equipment by saying to friends I will get all the stuff you need for a batch of 40 bottles and store it show you how it's done etc. For £40. I don't know how many of my mates will go for that seeing as I already give them free beer.

I had some cherry bakewells that weren't cherry bakewells the other day.
They were orange and cranberry I think and they had no cherry on the top, not bad but not as good as the cherry bakewell. In conclusion then, I prefer cherry bakewells.

Did you spell something wrong there? There may be a 'Crimblemas' somewhere in the world so I'll not go out on a limb and correct the spelling there. Other than that it looks alright to me.

I'm listening to Altern8, how about you?

and only a couple of minutes from where I am now. I emailed the agent on Wednesday and got a call on Thursday that they'd got a renter moving in at the weekend but a "really good offer" might get it for me. I admit, my first offer was a bit low but that's negotiation, surely?
