spent some time on the phone to the office, and enterprise, and the insurance people, and enterprise again, and the office again, and then a local enterprise, and then the office, and now I'm waiting for the office to call me back.

It's all a lot of fun and doesn't involve the earlier booked plan of driving to wales for a 7.30 start. I feel like I'm winning, but yet, I'm interminably bored.

2 inch piece of cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced
4 ripe cherry tomatoes, diced
3 tbsp finely chopped coriander (leaves and stems)
2 tbsp finely chopped fresh mint (just leaves)
Juice of ½ a lemon
Salt, pepper and sugar to taste

Invitations are a personal thing you send to your friends, whereas flyers are more to entice people you don't know to hopefully turn up to something.

Working.
And passing messages between my landlord and housemate.

The wire into our fusebox burnt out last night so we need a spark in to give us more electricity; hopefully it isn't the wire between the meter and the box because that'll then require some bloke from the 'leccy board to come in.
(, Tue 22 Jul 2014, 9:58, Reply)
Windy'll sort it out for you

(, Tue 22 Jul 2014, 10:03, Reply)

(, Tue 22 Jul 2014, 10:14, Reply)
I would be more worried about why it burnt out
That is what fuses and circuit breakers are for. If there is a surge taking out the wiring get the fuck out of the house,.
(, Tue 22 Jul 2014, 10:04, Reply)
might not be a surge,
but yes, it does indicate that if it's before the fuse board that there is a serious problem. after the fuse board, it's a faulty breaker. And they are a lot more common than anyone would have you believe.
(, Tue 22 Jul 2014, 10:15, Reply)

Hence me saying get out of the house, if its before the main board and direct from the mains feed into the house then it is shit yourself time as I have seen "WALLS OF DEATH" carrying current, faulty breaker yeah maybe

Can't be a faulty breaker.
Since they're old and just use wire.

That's not to say that someone might have used the wrong gauge in one of the fuses though. I've only replaced the downstairs lighting loop as one of the lights shorted (which I then removed).
