4% is enough though
And it's well known that Americans in general don't really know much about geography outside their own country, so she's not really alone. Although you would think that someone in that position should really know a bit more!

But now we have Obama instead. Let's hope he is a breath of fresh air.

The company I work for
Does point to point video links. As such we had staff onsite both in Chicago and Phoenix.

Dan, our guy in Phoenix sent the scariest email I've ever seen just after Ohio was called:

Their is an air of defeat here already :-)

Except I just overheard some Young Republicans talking about "Palin in 2012"

*shudder*
(, Thu 6 Nov 2008, 8:44, Reply)
Obama is black...or is he?
His mother was white. His father was black. So he's therefore of mixed race and it's no more accurate to describe him as black than it would be to say he's white. Not that it should matter (although of course it is significant).

I don't really care though. He seems fit for the job and more importantly is sure to be better than that arse Bush that we've had to put up with for the last 8 years.
(, Thu 6 Nov 2008, 8:51, Reply)
Mr Nong chaps!
If O'bama does well the next four years, Palin won't get a look in. I sincerely hope that's the case.

How're we all?
(, Thu 6 Nov 2008, 8:52, Reply)
Oh dear
Palin was a huge part of McCain's failure. No way would she make it on her own.
(, Thu 6 Nov 2008, 8:55, Reply)
Good morning.
If Palin becomes President then I think we are well within our rights to bomb the crap out of America for letting the silly bitch win.

IMHO

@K2K6 - and Obama is black.

Go and buy some chips and chocolate. They're the two things Belgians do best.

Then sit and eat and get fat. You may want to wash it down with some Belgian beer, which is quite good too and has the effect of making you forget you're in Belgium, which is generally pretty shitty.

Going back a bit to the subject of favourite animals, I have to agree with the aye-aye but also add in jerboas.

Saw them last time I went to London Zoo in the same bit they have the sloths and that in. Clenders, I know. While I was there I checked the wifi article and Miasma's alteration is still there. Go him!

Fuzzy - I'm glad to hear that's still there. I think we all ought to go on there and misbehave.

At the moment they seem a bit lethargic.

Unlike last weekend

hi guys
Quick question as I don't know if i'm being out of order or not.

Say your missus was wanting to go to her work Christmas party wearing the kind of dress that you need to use boob tape in order to stay decent. It was a dress you'd helped her choose because you were going to go out together in a few months time on a special night out. You weren't going to be going to the work do and it was going to be earlier than your night out. She looks absolutely storming hot in it.

I can be a bit jealous, so I was wondering if you guys would be ok with that or not?
