Awesome stuff.

You best get in line then.
It annoys me too.
But not when I say it.

(, Mon 15 Jun 2009, 17:44, Reply)
Don't start using Kaoltarb
That's some sort of sick abomination of a perfectly harmless, lovely but not entirely with it young man (me) and an abomination (kaol).

Lets keep to the two discrete please!
(, Mon 15 Jun 2009, 17:46, Reply)
OK.
Retarb.
(, Mon 15 Jun 2009, 17:47, Reply)
Cheesey or fruity?
I tried making cheesey ones a few times as I thought they'd make a nice accompaniment for mince 'n' veg' but they never turned out as nice as I'd hoped :(.
(, Mon 15 Jun 2009, 16:59, Reply)
I made some chilli-cheese ones for the bash and they were OK.
I just used my friend's favourite recipe and 'amended' it.
(, Mon 15 Jun 2009, 17:03, Reply)
Except that they didn't have jam and cream with them!

(, Mon 15 Jun 2009, 17:45, Reply)
I heard good things about the scones at the weekend....
...I'm disappointed I missed out on them!
(, Mon 15 Jun 2009, 17:02, Reply)
Me too!

(, Mon 15 Jun 2009, 17:03, Reply)
They were great, very tasty.
They were also the only thing I had to eat from Friday evening to Sunday evening. (This might go some way to explaining the enormous level of drunkenness to which I succumbed.)

I dread to think of the horrors if I hadn't baked then...
(, Mon 15 Jun 2009, 17:12, Reply)
Possibly more of the same,
with a slightly greater chance of injury.
(, Mon 15 Jun 2009, 17:14, Reply)
Been better, been worse
I did manage to make it out of Tesco without spending more money than I have on things I don't need and without having a panic attack. I left without having forgotten to buy what I went in there for.

So it's pretty good :)
(, Mon 15 Jun 2009, 17:13, Reply)
did you get food?
I got bread and cheese.

Wow, this is like practice for /talk.
(, Mon 15 Jun 2009, 17:16, Reply)
Nope
I managed to avoid spending £50+ on a binge as I often do. I got stuck at the DVDs for a while but eventually convinced myself not to empty my bank account. I stopped myself from buying a DS too.

This is quite a turn up for the books!
(, Mon 15 Jun 2009, 17:21, Reply)
good call!
I do my manic spending sprees in the pound shop. If you're going to buy crap you don't need, it's as good as any.

At that point I gave up pretending.

Perfect Gentleman my arse!
You give me the come and and then leave with someone else! You DISGUST me V. In fact, you DISGUST me. That's how disgusted I am.
(, Mon 15 Jun 2009, 17:30, Reply)
In my head
that was the most romantic kiss of the year: rain, a statue, London, a couple of drunk mental people tongue-wrestling while sitting in pigeon shit. It has it all.
(, Mon 15 Jun 2009, 17:32, Reply)
Aaaah!
It sounds like a couple of 15 year olds.

Whereas in reality it was one 15 year old and a predatory female paedophile.

I've never managed to be that sensible with my insanity
Mind you the DVDs I nearly bought were very well priced. I'd certainly have come away with more for my money than the time I spent £250+ in HMV after lunch.

Somehow I got away with returning about half of them a week later.

Not today anyway.
Normal service tomorrow.

I wasn't that drunk then,
Not compared to how drunk I was later that night. I'm just lovely all the time.

Except when I'm on the internet. Then I'm a prize cunt.

Or when I choose to go and work in another EU country without needing a visa or a work permit.
(, Mon 15 Jun 2009, 17:36, Reply)
I plan to do that when I have my free degree.
In fact, I'm popping over to Paris TOMORROW!

On a horribly serious note
Just thought I was actually going to throw up as my credit card people have been chasing me so I MTFU'd and called them and they were actually really nice and when I can eventually pay them the minimum I owe they are going to refund all my late fees on to the account to help me out and sort out interest and give me a nice payment plan.

Woo! Still can't afford food though. Pasta in chopped tomatoes again it is!

Pasta + mayo + garlic salt + bacon.

If I'm feeling extra exuberant, I add a small tin of sweetcorn.

Rawk'n'Roll.

I haven't got a bloody clue what to do for dinner.
The missus is laid up, the kitchen's a bomb site and the water is clay fucking cold so I'm having to wait for it to heat up before I can do anything about it, by which point cooking will be the last thing I want to even think about.

Can't even get a Chinese takeway as they don't open on a Monday night, the bastards.
(, Mon 15 Jun 2009, 17:54, Reply)
It wouldn't happen in Henry 8th's day.
