Today I have:
had too much work to do
drunk only one cup of tea
been barefoot in the office
dropped yoghurt down my top leaving a rather dubious looking stain
daydreamed
wished it wasn't Wednesday
helped plan a hen weekend

What about you? What have you done today?
(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 16:44, archived)
Fuck all.
I think I'll play the wii now.
(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 16:45, archived)
I've got wii shoulder
at least I assume it was too much wii that made my right arm ache
(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 16:50, archived)
whatcha playing?
i want to get the new boom blox
(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 16:51, archived)
I've preorder The Conduit.
But you weren't asking me so I'll shush.
(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 16:55, archived)
i'm not really into FPSs
but i'm glad people are bothering to make a nice looking game on the wii
(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 16:55, archived)
It's supposed to be the nearest experience you'll get to playing Perfect Dark (from the N64) for the Wii.
I don't like first person shooters either, but Perfect Dark style gameplay with Wiimote as gun controls is a good'un by me.
(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 17:00, archived)
Animal crossing, and then Mario Galaxy, maybe.

(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 16:57, archived)
i've already bought 2 versions of animal crossing and got bored of them
determined not to do it again

only thing i'm playing on the wii atm is madworld. finished house of the dead a while ago and i've been too busy with infamous and prototype to switch the wii on
(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 17:01, archived)
Bubble Bobble plus and Icarian are excllent downloads.
Little King Story is delightful and Pro Evo soccer 2009 is essential is you have even a passing interest in football.
(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 17:07, archived)
Have you been in CEX for Wii games?
They're ace. I got Metroid Prime 3 for £5
(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 17:09, archived)
they've just opened a kecks in portsmouth
i might have to go and have a squiz
(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 17:18, archived)
You've just reminded me; I OWN AN X-BOX!
YAY
(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 16:52, archived)
the original one or the 360?

(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 16:57, archived)
It's called the 360 because you'll turn 360 degrees and walk away.

(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 17:01, archived)
360, fight night coming on friday omgomgomgomgomg
going to work now, no time for capital letters or full stops
(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 17:02, archived)
I have Grand Slam Tennis on the Wii.
The Motion Plus thing doesn't seem to make a massive amount of difference.
(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 16:53, archived)
huh? i didn't think it was out yet
or is it just that wii sports resort isn't out yet?
(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 16:54, archived)
Yeah, wii sports resort isn't out yet.

(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 16:55, archived)
Just Wii Sports Resort.
Motion Plus comes with Grand Slam Tennis. It's not worth getting just yet though. I didn't find the difference in sensitivity to be that amazing.
(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 16:56, archived)
Is wii motion plus
a new controller?
(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 17:02, archived)
it's an add on
supposed to give 1:1 motion detecting
(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 17:08, archived)
*coughs*

(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 16:45, archived)
seen a doctor for that?

(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 16:47, archived)
No, but I'm booking an appointment with a shrink
Because I need my fucking head examining.
(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 16:48, archived)
i assumed you knew what would happen

(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 16:50, archived)
Erm... certainly not that bloody quickly.
I can only assume Seb the Nonce was stalking me.
(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 16:51, archived)
this is the internet, people don't hang around

(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 16:52, archived)
Apparently so.

(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 16:53, archived)
well, you seem to be taking it pretty well

(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 16:55, archived)
Well, I know /talk.

(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 16:56, archived)
apparently though, /talk doesn't know the new you

(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 16:57, archived)
*Shrugs*
And they probably never will.

Still, it was a bit shit though, watching it back. Mainly because, as CHB put it, my arse was tighter than a Scotsman's wallet and if I farted, then dogs would have started barking.

For the record- the raucous laughter came from a Scottish friend of mine.

The person leaving was my Dad going to the back of the bar to take photos.
(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 17:02, archived)
Working for yourself is awesome:
Wrote a few emails,
Made a sandwich.
Watched Jeremy Kyle.
Spoke to a few bands about gigs.
Sat in the garden and enjoyed the sun.
(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 16:45, archived)
Woke up. Drank a smoothie. Watched tennis.
Did fuck all else
(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 16:45, archived)
Just work really.
But, as I dramatically announced this morning, I completed Sonic 2 for the first time ever yesterday!
(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 16:46, archived)
really?

(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 16:46, archived)
Yeah.
I had a bit of a short attention span when I was younger so when I kept dying, I eventually gave up. I downloaded Sonic 2 onto my Wii and finished it yesterday!
(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 16:48, archived)
grats
I can never get past the boss in the aircraft.
(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 16:46, archived)
actually, I'm sure I could if I could be arsed
or had an emulator
(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 16:47, archived)
What??
That bit is piss easy.
(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 16:49, archived)
The Metropolis Zone is a bastard.

(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 16:51, archived)
Next challenge: getting a girlfriend

(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 16:47, archived)
That'll be a tough one.
Mrs Eddache, my fiancé, might not let me get one.
(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 16:48, archived)
In fact she's currently playing Zelda: Twilight Princess.
She adored Wind Waker but not Ocarina Of Time so much. And she seems to have given up on Link To The Past but she'll most likely come back to it later.
(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 16:54, archived)
SOUND THE IRONY ALARM CAPTAIN
CRASHDIVE! CRASHDIVE!
(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 16:49, archived)
Yes yes yes
It was on purpose.
At the age of 12, completing sonic was way more important than girls.
(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 16:53, archived)
Unless they could control Tails
and not headbutt every fucking bomb in the bonus zone.

Tails has one hundred and - CRASH - Tails has zero coins. YOU LOSE.
(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 16:56, archived)
Exercised
and completely broken my left-hand side :(
(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 16:46, archived)

(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 16:46, archived)
I know.
I'm a yoghurty spastic
(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 16:48, archived)
are you sure it's not spooge?
like really sure
(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 16:52, archived)
Don't think so.
It was pink and had bits in. And was strawberry flavoured. No spooge I've ever tasted has tasted like that.
(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 16:56, archived)
this guy's would

These facts are not related.
(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 16:47, archived)
Have you had any viewings yet?
/nosey
(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 16:49, archived)
I've spoken to a couple of agents and they said come back in a month or two.
I might have to go to Coventry soon anyway, because apparently HR have lost my details for the CRB check.
Great.
(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 16:52, archived)
HR here are a bit shit.
This is the bit where Wormulus will chime in and go on about how shit Coventry is and how if you come and live here you will get AIDS, the scarf wearing prick.
(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 16:54, archived)
I had problems when I started here too, I think most HR departments are a bit shit.
I'm sure Coventry will be fine. If it's not, I'll ask for a refund.
(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 16:59, archived)
To be fair
It's no Bradford
(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 16:59, archived)
I've been there once
and was so bored I went to the pictures to watch Toy Story. I had blue hair at the time. These two facts aren't related.

(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 16:50, archived)
were you wearing a dress or something?

(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 16:52, archived)
Just flip-flops, boardshorts and a t-shirt.
Dress might be a good idea next time, they'd probably allow me on.
(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 16:54, archived)
yes
plus fours would be more appropriate
(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 16:55, archived)

(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 16:54, archived)
You're a big chap. You could probably manage around a dozen tramps.

(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 16:55, archived)
Today i have..
thought about killing a large animal with my hands... nothing much else
(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 16:51, archived)

(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 16:55, archived)

(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 17:02, archived)
might do, they have good lenses

(, Wed 24 Jun 2009, 17:05, archived)
Drafted a letter to the REC,
because the agency I'm trying to deal with are the laziest, most useless bunch of pricks I've ever had the misfortune to encounter. Apart from BT.

And being a fat spastic by clicking on the wrong button.
