I remember a scene like this from Blue Thunder where they're using their helicopter-borne surveillance to look down a young lady's blouse at her ample bosom. That's the only scene from Blue Thunder that I remember.

I'm sick of the infinite levels of magnification they seem to be able to get out of crap CCTV images on the likes of CSI. I watched The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo the other week and was pleasantly surprised to see that the enlargements made from old photos were so blurry that you couldn't identify the subject.
