# Did someone say lunch?

For lunch today I will be enoying two tuna and sweetcorn sandwiches,
a macaroni pie, an apple, a tangerine, a banana, two bags of seabrooks,
some water and some tea.

Two ciabatta rolls, stuffed with chilli con carne, and topped with a cheese, wholegrain mustard and guinness topping, toasted under the grill untill nicely browned. A Chiken tikka salad, with homemade raita, and a lime and corriander dressing, and a blackcurrant barvois for desert. All washed down with a couple of pints of ice cold lager.

I have some thick cut ham, a block of red leicester and brie, 3 pickled oinions, some diced yellow pepper and salad, 2 plump tomatos. Together with some homemade bread. Mustard + Horseradish. Washed down with a can of John Smiths
