# Going down? hell yes.

(, Mon 7 Aug 2006, 11:35, archived)
# hahaha very nicely done
(, Mon 7 Aug 2006, 11:35, archived)
# that
is fucking excellent :D

awesome anim too
(, Mon 7 Aug 2006, 11:35, archived)
# haha!
bloody hell, great ninja action there
(, Mon 7 Aug 2006, 11:36, archived)
# Fantastic!
Ninjas are The Shit.
Nicely animated, too.
(, Mon 7 Aug 2006, 11:36, archived)
# Woah.
Greatastically animated. *clicks*

However, need's to be faster.
(, Mon 7 Aug 2006, 11:37, archived)
# that looks slower on mine
(, Mon 7 Aug 2006, 11:42, archived)
# Firefox user?
(, Mon 7 Aug 2006, 11:43, archived)
# nope IE
The gif playback looks the same as the 30fps original avi, your one (as well as having speckly pixel errors) looks about 8fps.

Why can't everything just work the same when its the same file?!
(, Mon 7 Aug 2006, 11:44, archived)
# There's your problem.
Download firefox. It's so much better. Animation is smoother in gifs.

If you get it, you should view some of my animations with firefox. You haven't experienced true madness until you see them super fast...
(, Mon 7 Aug 2006, 11:45, archived)
# but I don;t have a problem with my original
you do! ;)

your anims aren't this sluggish though, very odd.
(, Mon 7 Aug 2006, 11:46, archived)
# Must be that it's proper pictures, rather than black and white cartoons.
(, Mon 7 Aug 2006, 11:49, archived)
# it's actually a framerate bug in the mozilla code,
you haven't seen a 'spack' image unless you've seen it in firefox :D
(, Mon 7 Aug 2006, 11:51, archived)
# or experienced the real vibrating head flickr girl.
(, Mon 7 Aug 2006, 11:52, archived)
# yes, this ^
(, Mon 7 Aug 2006, 11:54, archived)
# if an anim is running more sluggish in IE than it is supposed to, try this:
Right click on the gif, and click on 'properties'. Then just exit out back to the anim and for some reason this seems to cure the problem.
(, Mon 7 Aug 2006, 11:54, archived)
# my first anim is running fine
same speed as I outputted it.
Its Butters one that is sluggish on my pc

I assume IE must be incapable of running at .03 of a second, whereas .06 is fine.

But I don't want it at .03, thats too fast to show all the hard work I just put in :(
(, Mon 7 Aug 2006, 11:56, archived)
# same here. I am using IE at work, and yours looks fine
(, Mon 7 Aug 2006, 11:57, archived)
# so if I'd done it for Firefox or whatever
both me and you wouldn't have been able to appreciate it.

Now what madness would that be?! :D
(, Mon 7 Aug 2006, 11:59, archived)
# Firefox just has this 'sweet spot' FPS of 0.3 (or 0.03 I can't remember)
whereby it makes anims play at a rediculously fast rate.

Most other anims should play the same in both browsers though...? Mine always seem to.
(, Mon 7 Aug 2006, 12:10, archived)
# Hahahahaha!
Top ninjage!
(, Mon 7 Aug 2006, 11:37, archived)
