i didn't think
it was physically possible to uninstall internet explorer :o
my mate made a script to make any attempt to open IE open in Firefox and windows wouldn't let him delete or modify the IE exe

Uninstalling IE completely is probably impossible
but you can roll it back to IE6.

But IE7 is much, much better than IE6
Really, much better.
I use FF, but if I was just a general browser I'd use IE7 because t is an excellent piece of software.

Install firefox, it'll run internet banking fine
and it's a damn site friendlier than IE
/became a convert thanks to B3ta recommendation

Though I had problems with firefox because of some cunt virus, so for now I'm stuck with Opera until I get round to downloading teh fox again.
