The new version is so tight that the finalists are boardering on the top professional chefs in the country.
A couple of episodes ago the three finalist had to cook for all the staff and Buck Pally.

I'm hoping we'll still be here. If we are all three person rooms will be double. I'm totally disillusioned and if I am still here them I'm going to have to redo all room bookings. I will find room for anyone who I don't have room for though.
EDIT: I take a percentage but have to pay staffing out of it. Business has beenso bad this month that after paying the cleaner £140 and my cover £40 I've averaged £30-£100pw for 90 hours a week this year.

He's pretty good. I also recall the image above being the subject of a tutorial in one of the better photoshop magazines some time ago. But I could be wrong.

You know, looking at all these sexual women posing and turning them into squirrels has probably assosciated "squirrels" and "sexiness" at some level in your brain meaning you'll probably now find them sexy :P

I added a bit of noise to the fur also to try and bring it out a bit. the smudge you suggested makes the outside folow on from its fur grain.
one layer with overlay and one layer just normal and lowered the transparency finally a multiply layer to darken it a bit.

WiL's smudge technique on top of some single pixel drawn hairs on the body of the tail. ( as in draw some flicks for hairs on a new layer then use the smudge tool to fade them from base to end )
Stick it on overlay mode and give it bevel and drop shadow ( playing with values and transparencies ) you would be amazed at how it can make an image 'pop' when doing fur.

bevel and emboss ( but you don't want the emboss part for fur )
bevel is a geometry term but for photoshop purposes it just gives the illusion of 3d through altering light values.

I have tried the drop shadow a few times in the past I shall try and figure out this inner bevel thing

bevel option in blending options and you can then choose the type of bevel you need and the shape/size of it.
in simplistic terms this is what I mean

obviously what you start with determines how much it looks like hair later and how much highlight used on the bevel determines how flat/plastic it looks.
