Although he'd probably smash in all the windows because 52% of the workers in the building are sick of the view.

Then refuse to sweep up the glass.

Idea for a game.
1. Start with 12 points.
2. Computer randomly chooses a number between 0 and 100.
3. If the chosen number is over 53, double the points.
4. If the chosen number is 53 or below, 0 points, game over.
5. Play again? Yes/No
6. If Yes, goto 2.
At first you seem to do well and there is always the temptation to double your points. Sometimes you get way high points. But keep trying and you end up with 0 in the end. Always.
I tried this on a friend and he was well into it, like compulsive, straight away. I found the winning threshold for maximum addictiveness was about 53. Less than this, you seemed to make little progress in the points. More than this, you seemed to lose too soon.

Apologies to Morecombe and Wise, well Eric, Ernie was rubbish!

'Rubbish' was perhaps a tad harsh. He was a bit lame. Two Ronnies? BOTH fabulous! :D

Was never a Ernie fan myself, but I think the pairing needed a character like him to work? The smug little smart-arsed bastard?

Yes, totally agree. A lot of the greats needed a 'fall guy/straight man' :)

the fact that you think Ernie wasn't doing anything much is a credit to how hard he worked.
