It's a sushi day.
That is all.
Abusive post from Rory about me being a dull cunt in 5... 4... 3...

like fuck is sushi bad for you, my diet sucks.
(, Wed 25 May 2011, 14:29, Reply)
You can't have any rice at all? Which diet are you doing?
(, Wed 25 May 2011, 14:31, Reply)
I don't seem to be as hungry during the day as I was before.
(, Wed 25 May 2011, 14:34, Reply)
It's basically only eat stuff that digests slowly so your blood sugar stays steady and the peaks in blood sugar don't get stored as fat.
(, Wed 25 May 2011, 14:39, Reply)
quite similar to the one I was doing before. It worked really well and I never felt hungry. Problem is that it was really expensive. You can still have sashimi.
(, Wed 25 May 2011, 14:43, Reply)
mainly vege and eggs, some ham and stuff. Takes a bit of time to prepare but not ages.
(, Wed 25 May 2011, 14:48, Reply)
Don't you try to eat a lot of meat and fish and stuff like that? I mainly eat those, and it was a lot more expensive than just going for salads, but if I go only for salads I'm starving after a minute.

spinach watercress cabbage with pickles and nuts in keeps me going.

You're only allowed soggy fish and chips, or overpriced sandwiches?

I haven't actually met any of the professionals off Strictly yet, but the Ballroom world is certainly a mixed bag. I know the under-16 World Champions very well and they're both absolutely diamond kids, and the local amateur champs are top notch too. But there are some right uppity cunts about too (advice snippet from one "you dance for yourself darling, you don't dance for the judges" - What. A. Cock.)
Geoffrey, eh? So you're incredibly difficult to get out, but bat like an arthritic sloth?
(, Wed 25 May 2011, 14:46, Reply)
"Oh I thought I danced really well, shame the judges thought I was FUCKING SHIT, never mind though." (who could that have been?)
Well I guess I'm kind of like that. Not the fastest run-scorer there ever was, but I'm persistent. Like herpes.
I also keep wicket, but as I've not been at the club very long and they already have an established keeper, I'm just the backup.

Nothing wrong with emulating Boycs. Greatest batsman England ever had. Apart from Devon Malcolm, obv.
So, that's one pair of Ola Jordan's soiled grundies... Lilya Kopylova's going to be there too, any requests?
(, Wed 25 May 2011, 15:18, Reply)
but give me a fucking huge set of gloves and I'm pretty good!
Devon Malcolm, lol. I think they had to show him which end to hold the bat!
Yes, good thinking. I'd like one of Lilya's jobbies, wrapped in clingfilm, if you could. Great stuff. I don't think wee Darren will give you much bother.
(, Wed 25 May 2011, 15:33, Reply)
Those two are apparently bloody lovely people, our dance teachers are very chummy with them. So you'd like a wrapped poo from a miniscule Russian dancer. You're a man of very specific tastes, eh?
(, Wed 25 May 2011, 15:36, Reply)
I want it fresh, hence the clingfilm.
(, Wed 25 May 2011, 15:42, Reply)
It'll be as fresh and fragrant as the moment it plops out of her.
(, Wed 25 May 2011, 15:53, Reply)
I will give you a positive online review for that.

I'm having a hell of a time shifting all this pre-packaged Ukranian spaff.

That's me logging off, catch you tomorrow hopefully.
(, Wed 25 May 2011, 16:16, Reply)
I am genuinely appalled by this. I don't think I've ever felt sorry for you before. It hurts.
(, Wed 25 May 2011, 14:32, Reply)
I'm cooking a three fish pie tonight. Yes, that's right, fish. Something that used to have a face.
And mushrooms en cocotte for the missus
(, Wed 25 May 2011, 14:37, Reply)
Hence the effort going into the dish for the missus, she'll complain that I don't cook that well for her otherwise. Got a friend coming over for dinner. Planning to make too much fish pie (topped with cheese'n'mustard mash) so I can have nommy lunch tomorrow.
(, Wed 25 May 2011, 14:42, Reply)
Never made it before, and the vast majority of the cookery will be based on the highly complicated technique known as "making it up as you go along"
(, Wed 25 May 2011, 14:48, Reply)
Poaching in milk, and all that shite?
(, Wed 25 May 2011, 14:49, Reply)
then chucking it into a cream and white wine sauce with some garlic, shallots and mushrooms. What do you reckon?
(, Wed 25 May 2011, 14:53, Reply)
Aside from that, there's no idea I have that works better than yours.
(, Wed 25 May 2011, 15:01, Reply)
Obviously you realise if I fuck it right up I shall be texting you massive amounts of abuse for not pointing out whichever hideous mistake I choose to make

More taste and more pie
(, Wed 25 May 2011, 15:10, Reply)
Otherwise this would be a top idea, and I shall note it for future reference

Left quite a lot of it. I think it'll be pasta tonight. Or salad. Or pasta salad.
