On R4 this morning they were on about this McAlpine shit.
His lawyers were genuinely saying that they were going to go after every single person who 'tweeted', 're-tweeted' or mentioned their client's name on the internet and that they know who they are and how it'd be best if they came forward and apologised, and reached a settlement.

This a) made me lol about what a fucking ridiculous idea this was and b) reminded me that Dozer posted McAlpine's name on here TWICE. He will of course be 'complying' with the lawyers' requests.

I've also mentioned to the police investigating the Savile case that they might like to take a look at some of the mods from here.
I mean, I'm sure there is no truth in the rumours that rob fingers kids, or that SD is an alcoholic whose wife kicked him out for being a nonce, but it is important to get such rumours out there in the public domain.
