# Tears of joy after 'long, hard fight'


For lunch today, I'm having two bacon, lettuce, tomato, blue sheeps milk cheese and wholegrain
mustard double decker sandwiches, two bananas, two satsumas, a bag of peanuts, a bag
of pork scratchings and a grapefruit that Jimmy doesn't want, all washed down with Irn Bru
and also water.

Flatbreads are the easiest breads in the world to make.
I haven't had much succes with Pitta Bread so I just make a big sort of part-pitta part-naan part-tortilla wrap thingy.
There's loads of recipes on t'internet - I'd get looking and then start experimenting if I were you !
