TJ: I was just given a box full of bottles of snuff. My family wants to sell them on a carboot as some of themare quite old.
Does anyone know if it's legal to sell them, seeing as they are techincally a tobacco product?
Edit:: Thank you everyone. I don't think they are collectable, but I'll take a gander.

I've amassed quite a collection. It is legal in the uk but i'm not sure about 2nd hand tobacco of any kind.

There are specialist collectors. Probably the best bet would be to get advice from a good tobacconist.

antiques dealers wouldn't give you much and then you'd have to find who knew about snuff bottles before they'd even give you anything close to a decent price, bootsales, same problem really, an auction would work and then you wouldn't have to remove the snuff, but eaby is best, wider audience..etc but then you probably would have to get rid of the snuff because ebay are cunts and don't allow anything to be sold on there.
but they might be absolutely worthless.

and more of then than not would make zero difference to price as people ocllect things like snff boxes and not snuff.
and snuff forums..sounds a bit dodgy.

If they don't want the snuff, they can throw it out themselves. And if they do, they might pay extra.

seriously, you are gonna get ripped off at a boot sale.
Snuff is a tobacco product but does not come under the same laws as smokable products. You should be fine.

I dreamt the other night, that I was driving in the sea!!!
I was at the sea-side and took a wrong turn!!
My car had to be towed out and dried off!

I could animate the whole event.
I supposed I should have been going for help, but it seemed to make more sense to photograph it.
