It's supposed to be a secret ballot.
If they get in, I want off the planet.

Was the election committee's attempt to avoid the chad fiasco. I opted out of the electronic machine.

but I fear it may turn into a hatefest so I think we should try our best to avoid nastiness.

Unless of course

who wished for the return of the Republicans for the last term is decidedly unstable. Any American who would welcome the return of the Republicans for a third term is an insular buffoon and ought to be neutered for the good of mankind.
I find it astounding that these right-wing fascists still have absolutely no concept of their image to the rest of the world ( or even worse, they really do not give a a shit ).

the republican movement is not some fly-by-night small organisation, it is the majority of the population.
americans (on the whole) are rabidly right-wing,because that is how american society is set up.
yes, there is a huge (slightly more) liberal population keeping them mostly in check, but really, the whole country is fucked.

never mind that the Republican economic policies are ruining them financially...it's all about 'values'. Idiot rednecks.

I personally do not appreciate the politics of a lot of countries around the world, but that is why I don't live there.
However, watching Jon Snow's America last night, I can't help but feel that certain Republicans are extremely backward in their world view and with the power that they currently wield, are dangerous for everyone in the world.

up, unopposed, as the world police, then their image to the rest of the world should be paramount.
I don't want the US election to concern me in the slightest, however it does and I have no say in the matter.

neutering people for various reasons also a tad right-wing?

That depends - the Swedes only stopped neutring people as unfit to breed in the late 1990s, and most people see them as lefties.

here we have to fill in circles with black ink beside our choice. We used to use the 'arrow' thing seen above, but I guess that was too damned easy.
Yes, it varies across the country and in fact varies across individual states. Stupid.

its just an ordinary hamster wheel, when i had field mices as pets (when i lived deeper in the countryside - think banjo's and eating people) they used to do the same thing! all run and all stop at the same time! was amazing thing to watch :D

5 field mice in a cage like that... They'd spend hours launching each other around the place. I think that they may have been trying to breach the walls, I do.
