before AI you had to get people to agree to do this, possibly for money

I've made a new daily game! This is a hex based puzzle about terraforming various planets and moons across the solar system. You have to fill the grid with different terrain hexes based on 1) clues for each row and 2) required shapes for certain terrain.
When you've finished you've made a lovely landscape!

I've been playing it for 4 days now. The first day took aaaages. I've got quicker, but it still all takes a long time.....
Addicted? I can give it up any time I like

And actually, cricket can go on for 25!! days and still end in a draw. 5 days indeed.

Are the others all following the tenets of Applied Cricket while the England team follow the more difficult and demanding path of Theoretical Cricket with the aim of achieving the 25 day match?

Iโd say theyโre trying to speed-run the game.

we were on the 2nd or 3rd floor, and looked down on where they had the skips. My boss and I would monitor what they threw out for anything worth taking. One time they redecorated our offices and there was a whole bunch of perfectly fine desks and office chairs. I even got a nice sofa which I put in the lobby of the missus's office in central london (took it there on my bike)
Anyway, one day there were some PCs in the skip, so we grabbed one each. My boss took his home and fired it up. It was Greg Dyke's, the DG. Still had all his files, all his emails in outlook going back years. Nothing had been wiped. We talked about what to do about it, but most options would have revealed us as bin scabs and we didn't have anything against the bloke and didn't want to bite the hand that fed us, so he ended up wiping it himself (or so he told me). Pretty pisspoor security, though

You've little to gain and a lot of lose.
I'm rather jealous though. I would spend all day watching for new stuff to liberate.

"The BBC has an annual income of c.ยฃ5bn, made up of licence fee and commercial revenues. It employs over 20,000 people and has bases across the UK and in 59 countries globally"
licence fee justification text, I think not.

I wanted to see if I could unite Phil Lynott with The Corrs, and make them sing his classic "Old Town" together. Turned out the latter sang it half an octave higher than the original, but I managed to bring them down to Phil's level. Added my own instrumentation, and arranged everything into a new mix. I quite like how it turned out

It works and it's weird.
I would really love to hear Morrissey singing to the Snake River Company version of How Soon Is Now.
Only because it would really piss off some people

A collection of audio oddities, including some tracks off their latest album.
I didn't used to understand why Skam, a very important record label to me, was putting out their stuff in the early 2000s, but they've definitively grown on me over the years...

We performed We Like The Moon live, for the first time ever. It was a truly joyful experience and we'll definitely do it again. Hooray! I think we can all agree that it holds up ok with my delivery, which is a bit milder in tone than the way the Spongmonkeys sing it.
