Our Latest Xmas Double-A Side Single
I made this!
Me and my mates in aged indie band slapWagon have made another Xmas double-a side single.
This time it's a pair of touching coming-of-age stories about young love and almost learning the truth about Santa, set at christmas-time.
Stream: ditto.fm/the-perfect-gift-under-the-tree
Purchase: slapwagon.bandcamp.com/album/the-perfect-gift-under-the-tree
Please listen responsibly.

Dear Sirs,
I must protest! Behind today's calendar door, there was no chocolate! Just some sort of "art". Now, I did ponder eating said art, but it was trapped behind an LCD panel, and was thus inaccessible to me.
Please make sure the advent calendar doors are hiding chocolate!
Yours Sincerely,
Davide Pantalon

Yes I fed my entire back catalog of tunes into the AI machine thing and it did this. Eventually I’ll get bored or be put in a room to think quietly about what I’ve done.

Why did you feed your entire back catalogue into the AI? What did you expect to happen? Have you quit making music?

It did rain at the end, the other sounds were probably ash raining down.
The approaching huge sinister cloud and volcanic thunder were the main draw for me.

I quite like the concept and it might be good if talented human musicians created it.

As much as I appreciate his musical ability.
His Welsh Eminem schtick is really hard to get behind, and there's something overly sententious about a lot of his stuff.
I likely would have absolutely loved him 20 or so years ago, though, so It's probably just me being a boomer, as the kids like to say.
