I'ver nothing of interest to say, as per usual.
However that thread is deceased.

Sooooooo........

An extra 160000 jobs would have been available for British workers over five years if no migrants from outside the EU had come to the UK, the government's immigration advisers have said.

It's official: they come over here and steal our jobs. I fucking TOLD you.

Breasts
My cousin is on facebook saying how scared and angry she is, waiting to see if the clinic that did her false boobs will replace them free of charge.
She said it is scarier than the time she gave herself skin cancer from going on sunbeds.

Discuss.

So I was just listening to Radio 4 because I'm cultured and intelligent.
They were talking about the Tax system, Tax evasion and Tax avoidance.

One of the interesting points made early on was for a flat tax rate the first £12,000 of income should be totally tax free everything else taxed at 25% no matter what you earn.

Thoughts opinions? I think it's a good idea. Never going to happen though.

women in business
i have to go to a lecture on this shortly. to promote getting more women into business, and into higher roles in those businesses. is this a good thing? or is it just reverse discrimination?

MASSIVE DRUGS
Should alcohol and fags be illegal as the harm they do is as bad or worse than many imprisonable drugges? Or are they so entrenched in our culture that society would break down, and widespread illegal bootlegging/drinking dens simply spring up everywhere?

Or should they all be legal to smash the links with crime and raise valuable tax revenue? OR does that send the wrong message to the (let's face it) generally fucking retarded public, who would simply binge themselves to death?

Alt: want to come to my house for a bath?

It's early. I wasn't drinking last night, but these dark mornings are making it hard to wake up
What strange things do you eat for breakfast? I can't abide fruit at breakfast time, it feels wrong, however when abroad I'll happily have bruscetta.

Alt: Ed miliband, what a useless cunt

I just heard on the radio that government advice on drinking is now to have two dry days per week
More info here: www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-16443240
Can you do it offtopic? Can you go two whole days? (scarpe, I know you can do over 600)
Personally I don't fancy it.
The government spokesperson suggested that if you are drinking to relieve stress then you are "on a slippery slope", I say that just because you are on a slippery slope doesn't mean you will necessarily slide down on your arse.
Opinions please.

Alt: I dunno, something about cheese.

G-g-g-g-g'breaker. Guten morgen.
I had an amazing weekend, thanks for asking. I don't care about yours so shut up about it, OK? Seriously, no-one cares.

In this morning's paper I saw an advertisement for 'BEAR GRYLLS LIVE' at the Hammersmith Apollo. Eh? What's he going to do, survive in a concert venue for an hour? Or give a fucking lecture about 'survival'? If it's the former, fuck off Bear, I could do that (and in fact have done on hundreds of occasions), if it's the latter, who'd pay God knows how many pounds to go and see a slideshow'n'talk by some bent squaddie who has been proven to be a dirty lying cheater? What's going on, eh?

I'm being treated to a slap-up meal this evening featuring a main dish that is £44, which seems rather a lot. What's the most expensive thing you've ordered in a restaurant (apart from booze) and was it worth it?

Alt: Want to see some puppies?
