Hello, good morning and welcome.
I watched 'The News' for a moment last night. One 'story' was there may possibly be (they did at least have the common decency to admit that what' evidence' there was, was at the the very best tenuous) a causal link between 'bad' food eaten as young as aged three, and a lower IQ later in life.

I have another theory: smelly povvo dimwits in counterfeit sportswear and 'goldique' earrings are more likely to feed their snotty little charges Twizzlers and Tango than mung-bean-weaving middle classers - thus, you might say, there is a link between lower IQ parents and lower IQ children. You don't fucking say.

The food link is as valid a theory as saying that well-fitting shoes have a connection with IQ. Why is everyone so fucking stupid? WHY?*

*anyone replying 'it's because they're getting poor nutrition as toddlers, Monty' will be flogged to within an inch of their lives and their tattered frames hung up by Newgate Prison as a warning to other potential miscreants.

Alt: Name a worse band than The Smiths. It's not as easy as you might think.
PS I have had enough sleep. Watch out today.

I quite like The Smiths,
I think the Alt question should be a statement:
"Name something I don't like so I can say 'That's fucking shit'."

I don't need feed-lines to crap on about things I don't like.
Have you never met me before?
(, Wed 9 Feb 2011, 8:48, Reply)
yeah true.
sorry. I just saw an opportunity and went for it.
(, Wed 9 Feb 2011, 8:55, Reply)
Aye, I heard that on the radio yesterday
It sounded very serious, and I was quite intrigued as to what the impact could be, until they said how bad it could be. These children could lose up to five IQ points! Hang on, five? Who gives a flying fuck?!

If it was 20-30, then maybe you've got a story there, but 5? Fuck off.

Causality or Correlation

For some reason, "society" encourages the stupid.
It may be because the one thing they do really well, is consume. This is exactly what business wants.
(, Wed 9 Feb 2011, 8:49, Reply)
The average IQ of society could easily be improved by implementing my Parenting License Test idea
Basically anyone thinking of procreating has to undergo a rigorous exam on the nature of their lifestyle and what they think constitutes good parenting, and if they fail they have to leave certain body parts at the front desk on their way out.

Alt Q - Oasis. That was exactly as easy as I thought it'd be.
(, Wed 9 Feb 2011, 8:59, Reply)
I welcome this idea into my totalitarian dictatorship...
I recommend devising a method of reversible chemical sterilisation and then once you pass a myriad of tests you are allowed to breed.
(, Wed 9 Feb 2011, 9:06, Reply)
That is certainly fairer than my removing body parts plan
But less fun, if we're honest
(, Wed 9 Feb 2011, 9:08, Reply)
True, but lets be honest here
We still need them to rut like rabid chimps in order to fuel the porn industry.
(, Wed 9 Feb 2011, 9:15, Reply)
Chav porn is extroadinarily niche, for obvious reasons
I want my porn to consist of women I couldn't get for reasons of attractiveness, not because I won't buy them ten fags when they accost me at a corner shop
(, Wed 9 Feb 2011, 9:18, Reply)
It doesnt have to be chav porn
But have you heard most "actors" speak, I think they would all fall comfortably within the "not allowed to breed" section.

That said 10 tabs for a handjob is a most reasonable rate, it must be the Norfolk discount.

(, Wed 9 Feb 2011, 9:40, Reply)
That occured to me too
Technically they didn't want to destroy the earth, but rather make it uninhabitable for humans, which is also bad.

Also, the Tripods weren't the aliens themselves, rather their transport. Points for remembering it though, the dramatisation was on TV when I was about 10, which would have made you... foetal.
