But I think I need to invest in a new BBQ
www.independent.co.uk/life-style/food-and-drink/features/the-10-best-barbecues-8619798.html
I would build my own if I had the room, any tips or advice on BBQ’s?

Alt: what’s the best thing to cook on a BBQ?

Alt:alt: Share something that happened to you at a BBQ

Put fire in a hole and cook meat on it
Alt: Meat
Altalt: I got very drunk at one last year and fell down the hill we were all pissing on, then me and a mate rubbed our cocks on a window and then fell over laughing into the ice bucket

It's why when I do a BBQ, I tell everyone that if they want to eat, they need to contribute a couple of quid
Spent £80-90 on my one last year, got £70 back, which wasn't too bad.
(, Thu 23 May 2013, 15:53, Reply)
I got a mate who does BBQs all the time, he has a £10 enterance fee to any neighbour/friend (unless someone is in a situation, if you get me), but everyone can have what they want for that and he buys it all wholesale.
He's never had anyone grumble, let alone complain, and whenever there is profit there, he gives it to the dogs.
(, Thu 23 May 2013, 15:59, Reply)
Makes sense to do so

Don't buy as much as you think you'll need
as people invariably bring food along. Put a big bucket/bin outside full of ice for beers. Put another one elsewhere for rubbish.

Alt:
Thin steaks - 20 seconds on each side. Done. Boiled new potato, wrapped in foil with rosemary, garlic and olive oil. Get a good bowl of a BBQ marinade/sauce and use a few sprigs of rosemary to brush things on there with it. Belly pork. Portobello mushrooms with garlic butter in
