Earphone ChatI want some new earphones, some goodish ones, but with an in-built iphone controls/mic. I like the in-ear ones because I can take one ear out without taking out the other, and I can put them in my pocket nice'n'easy.
Any recomendations?

You don't have to pay much to get decent in ear phones without the controls/mic.I suspect if you have to have that then you'll end up paying a silly price.

I have a pair of Phillips ones in my bag that I've had for years that cost £7 They are actually better than the Sennheiser (i think) pair that I paid about £100 for. I was annoyed.

I went for the Sennheiser ones for a good few years, they tend to last a year for me.My last lot I went for was some Kiplish, which were really good for the price, but they didn't last very long at all, only about 4 months.
This time I'm going to get some duct-tape and tape around the ends to strengthen them.

I bought some from tesco with built in iphone controls, mic etc just like you want for only £3.50 a pair on specialThey sound great so I bought 4 pairs to last me a while. They don't sell them anymore

i just buy cheap ones cos i use them for running anddont really give a shit about sound quality when i'm running plus they tend to fall apart relatively quickly in those conditions whatever price so i aint wanna be wasting money do i what am i a mug, anyway get the cheap ones if you're doing lots of running

I have Sennheiser in-ear ones and Beyerdynamic on ear onesThe only thing with the Sennheisers is the cables are very noisy, every time you move you hear it.
My phone has that Beats Audio on, it's utter shite, it just whacks up the volume a bit and adds way too much bass and treble.

Yeah.I quite liked the look of some of the more cheap and nasty ones because they just went daft with their supposed bells and whistles.
Apparently some of the Amstrad HiFi's back in the day used to have planks of wood behind the speaker grilles to give the impression of 3 way speakers but behind that there was just one cone.
