Roast pork is a winner - I've found it quite difficult to make a gravy that goes well with pork - made a couple of cider ones that were ok not as good as I would have liked.
I did all the cooking at the weekend, did a chicken, mushroom and cider casserole on Sat.

Not many weeks left to bbq this year

Tropicana Orange Juice.
We were served this at the small diner, that we favoured for breakfast on a lads trip to New York, easter 1995. We'd never heard of it and I was lamenting the fact that most orange juice in Britain was the standard made from concentrate stuff. After a long sleep when I got home, the first thing I did was to go to the supermarket where I was offered a free sample of this new Tropicana orange juice they were stocking. Ace.
