I think that even though a lot of people keep weblogs up about everything in their lives,
There are some who restrict their babblings to one or two themes or topics, so when one makes a comment like "/I love teh goatse blog" it would sorta humorously imply they're keeping up a weblog about loving teh goatse, see?
At least, that's my feeble understanding of it.
