Apparently the UK government are giving a few million in aid to the Philippines. We also give more than £200 million a year to India. Is this right?
EDIT: Good luck to Winders as he starts his new job today.

This is not a good thing. Late nights, tyre-kickers, no seats and overpriced crap food*. What's in store this week for you my dear fellow B3TANs?
Alt: The TV adverts - I managed to avoid them** until last night at my G/F's place. Good stuff or schmalzfest?
*One I went to last week was 'free catered'. Everything had some sort of sauce on it - from mayonnaise to some sort of pickly/appley gloop. I don't eat sauces or other crap in my sandwiches at all. Ever. I explained this. The caterer brought me a cheese sandwich. With pickle in it because 'Everyone likes pickle'. Nearly throatpunched the twat.
** Still don't own a TV and after watching for a couple of hours last night I won't be buying one any time soon.
