Just basic one reallyWhatever veg you want to throw in. Seal the lamb in a frying pan.
Lamb stock cubes (I add one beef), bit of original mint sauce.
Slow cook for 8 hours.
Sometimes I add tinned tomato or puree for a bit of flavour
