we had a pound a drink night in a local pubanything and everything a quid. I used to drink all the single malts. The police stopped it because people with a tenner knocking back 10 rum and cokes on a Thursday night was causing trouble. They changed it to £1.50 which is obviously extortionate.

Worst thing on a night out: got bottled at a shite and dodgy nightclub in Redhill (shite and dodgy like virtually everything else in Redhill).
Alt: door-to-door sales is pretty fecking awful. Spending all day knocking on people's doors in the pouring rain when no-one's at home...once they even sent us to Golders Green on a Saturday, which was really useful and productive.
