Buy some crisps and shove some and the salad in with the cheese in your sandwich. This should rescue what could have been a boring lunch and turn it into something quite exciting. Probably.

Gary Rhodes recipe from Saturday Kitchen.
Pan - fried Salmon with a crunchy oatmeal crust,
with a Whisky sauce
served with spinach and new potatoes.
I'm washing that down with a rather smooth 25 yr old Macallan
(which I obviously didn't use for cooking - I'm not mad - I used Fa*ous Gr**se for that)
I've got Cherries and Grapes for pudding, with some G+B Organic Vanilla Icecream
Then I'm off to the pub for sexy ladies, beer and sunshine - but no crappy football - Bah !

Today for lunch I am having leftover cheese, leftover green salad and leftover California coleslaw in a wrap, with leftover sauce, followed by leftover cake.
