from down below:
Toast, with lots of butter and marmite. The icey cold extra mature cheddar put on in thick slices, with beans and sausages (and a knob of butter) that have been boiling for about 20 mins (so they're nice and thick) poured straight on top. This congeals into a mature sharp and creamy bit of food.

I have just eaten a Muller Light Toffee yoghurt (which is on offer in Iceland at the moment - 5 for £2 - not sure it's worth it after flights are paid for though)
I shall probably wander down the road and see if some food outlet here will sell me something that hasn't been scraped off the carriageway that morning.

roadkill FTW
my top Muller tip is to buy a large pot of plain yoghurt and a tin of fruit in syrup (black cherries are the best) - that way you can make endless fruit corners for a fraction of the price
