posted a few pics...but what gets up my fucking wotsit is that if you DON'T post a pic, put some inane fucking remark on, ignore the FAQ etc...you get a fucking shedload of replies (comments or whatever). My crap pics, even though I make an effort, get fuck all. Life just isn't fair

You need to not care about whether people comment on your pictures or not. If you make pictures in order to have people post replies, you need to take a look at your life. You should be making pictures primarily for yourself, and them posting them to share. then it won't matter as much if people don't comment, and the quality of the work will improve. I rather like it that people think that posting without pics is probably not a good idea - it keeps people on their toes and makes them think twice before doing it.
