

For Lunch today I have two turkey, tomato, lettuve and mayonnaise sandwiches,
a sausage roll, a bridie and apple and a pear all washed down with several cups of tea.

Marks and Spencers. They have holes in the top like crumpets, but are only about a third of an inch thick. Packet says they are "delicious with melted butter".

I am currently eating 2 (yes, TWO) salmon mayo/mustard sandwiches. I'd run out of tuna but tinned salmon is a good substitute. I was quite concerned about the mustard/mayo/salmon combination but it works well.
I am also about to eat a few cheesey footballs and a jammie wagon wheel.
