For lunch today I have a corned beef, tomatoe, mustard and mashed tattie salad sandwich,
a cheese, black forest ham and mustard sandwich, two butteries, a litre of Apfelsaft and some tea.
What are you eating?

a Tesco "healthy living" strawberry yoghurt
