Kurzgesagt explains Covid-19.
Like usual, a relatively complex subject beautifully illustrated and elegantly laymanised. This is precisely the kind of thing the Government should be broadcasting if they want the nation to form any kind of understanding about the scope of the crisis.

Grammar costs lives.
Although "laymanised" is close to unforgivable, "laymanized" actually might be.

Russia betting for a win this time, with their best piece of cultural exports since Dostojevskij.
Also, B3ta day.

This new and improved Pegg I could get on board with. He's funnier too.
Is he a Scientologist now?

But they were probably stolen from the descendents of people who knew somebody who knew a Nazi war criminal, so it's all kosher.

“2000ad Classics 2015” downloaded eventually. Nothing else so far of the free stuff, but it’s a decent start.

In the settings is an option to change from ePub to mobi, so might be able to export to a different app, but not promising you can.

Software unnecessary.
I set up an account, put the app on my tablet, downloaded the book in the app (unintuitive to locate, and there doesn't seem to be a place to see you downloads without adding a bookmark to the file).
Then downloaded the .cbz file on the webpage, and read the first story in ComicRack, no DRM. 2000 AD app now deleted.
In relation to the borked comment above, it's semi-borked, it's just that setting up account or downloading mightn't happen on first try.

I didn’t sign in/register a specific account, just loaded the iPad app
So my options without an account might be different, wouldn’t be surprised if I’m tied to within the app this way.
Got all the free stuff though.
